We were set up in 1983 by tenants’ associations and housing workers in Greenwich and have over 30 years’ experience of providing specialist housing advice in the London Borough of Greenwich.
We are mainly funded by the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Legal Aid Agency to provide free legal advice and representation in housing matters. We also receive funding from the Legal Education Trust, the Trust for London, as well as emergency Covid -19 funding from the Community Justice Fund and the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Our advice services are accredited with the Legal Aid Agency through the Specialist Quality Mark and our solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. Greenwich Housing Rights is also registered with the Information Commissioners Office to protect any personal data we hold.
