Greenwich Housing Rights (GHR) is an independent registered charity providing specialist legal advice and assistance to over residents of the London Borough of Greenwich and neighbouring Boroughs.

We undertake Legal Aid funded casework and representation on housing matters.  And we provide emergency assistance and representation through the Housing Possession Court Duty scheme at Bromley County Court (including hearings at Woolwich Crown Court).

We run weekly drop-in sessions for initial advice and assistance.  And we can be contacted for one off advice or to make a casework appointment via email or our telephone advice service.

We also provide a specialist Immigration and Housing advice drop in service at the weekly Greenwich Migrant Hub.

If we are unable to help we can refer and signpost you to other services.

In 2017/2018 we provided advice and assistance to over 3,590 individuals and families.  And achieved a successful outcome in 87% of cases where we advocated on behalf of our clients.
